All appointments are booked in advance.

After Doc Regal has received your Self Assessment he will contact you to confirm your desired starting day and time. Your initial consultation will be non-therapeutic only unless other arrangements have been made in advance. During this meeting you will have the opportunity to briefly discuss your presenting issue, have your questions answered and receive a FREE Hypnotic Depth Analysis. Based on your results you will know whether it is best for you to pursue hypnosis or hypnotherapy with Doc Regal. When you plan ahead, you can reserve preferred follow up dates and times. We have a 24-hour advance notice policy to alter or change the time of appointments and request a personal check or cash payment at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

You will be charged for appointments cancelled or postponed on the same day and advance payment will be required for subsequent sessions. This policy is in effect because each day is organized based upon appointments that are scheduled. In addition, considerable time is spent planning and preparing for each session, and time set aside for you means that it is not available to anyone else. Same day emergencies will be decided upon on a case by case basis. Thank you for being considerate.
