Some people are very optimistic, strong willed and capable of overcoming the many obstacles of life while others are very challenged and threatened by them. There is no secret to enjoying success, happiness and well-being. Simply said, one chooses to sustain a Positive Mental Attitude, however this is easier said than done.

If you haven't already heard, "All Hypnosis is Self Hypnosis!" then you don't realize the power of your mind. In fact, many people use less than 10% of its capabilities because they do not practice the ancient art originally known as a self induced Trance. By developing an understanding of Hypnosis you will learn how to achieve anything and everything you can realistically imagine with your mind.

Having a systematic approach is helpful. Having a well-conceived life plan is imperative. Being clear minded and developing your personal purpose is essential. Being emotionally honest, meaning frank, candid and open to yourself, makes you available to do the work. 

The Five Essential Steps That Precede Your Success

Here is step one. Clarify what your specific objectives are. Sometimes our Clients are already very clear on what they would like to see manifest in their lives. Other times they need a little prodding so they can put their thoughts into words. Please take a moment for yourself and answer this profound question: "What would I like to accomplish?"

If for any reason you cannot build a list of worthwhile goals on your own, one
strong possibility is Self Denial. Until you get tired of numbing yourself down
you will either remain stuck in a rut or confined to a routine that is not serving you
in your best interest. Additional internal exploration is needed before you continue with the next step. Metaphysical Hypnotherapy can assist you with Layer Unmasking to access the recesses of your mind.

Now that you have a list of meaningful goals, we can continue on to step two. Determine what is holding you back. Until our Clients finally achieve the goals that they would like to accomplish, we recommend that they explore what is possibly preventing them from their success. Ponder this notion and answer
the question: "What is stopping me?"

If you cannot identify the reasons why you feel blocked inside, it is probably
due to a Negative Forcing Function. Additional internal exploration is needed
before you continue with the next step. Metaphysical Hypnotherapy can

After you have completed the second list, go on to step three. Identify why you are willing to change your ways. Having several compelling reasons why is key to getting committed to the task at hand. Without any definite purpose, you will always ask yourself why should I accomplish this. Get clear on your intentions and answer the question: "What are my motivations?" Be very specific when you jot down your reasons. In order for them to be convincing, they must be meaningful, powerful and inspiring. You need at least one major impelling reason before you proceed.

If you are not feeling totally motivated to make a change, you may need Internal Conflict Resolution because some part of you may believe that no change is required. Additional internal exploration is needed before you continue with the next step. Metaphysical Hypnotherapy is recommended.

When ready, proceed with step four. Separate yourself from that which is
not you.
Releasing ones attachments is comparable to an art form called Zen,
the mindful acceptance of now. Zen is based on spontaneity and the removal of judgmental thinking. It is dropping ones self-consciousness. Determine now
what must be surrendered from your life and then it is easy to answer the
ultimate question: "What behaviors are mine?" This is your pinnacle of truth,
being connected with your inner Self.

aid you in redirecting your behaviors.

Now we have arrived at the final preparatory step for success, number five. Be who you are. Once you are clear and on your path, you can focus on attaining results. You can live the lifestyle that is best suited for you. You not only understand that you are the designer of your destiny; you decide to boldly take charge of your life and claim your birthright. You realize what it is to tap into your inherent power. You answer the question: "What can I do myself?"

Every preparatory step for success can be challenging. We can think about our needs, wants, desires, hopes, wishes, dreams, aspirations, fantasies and expectations or focus on our goals.
