"I was up late last night scribbling, writing, and rewriting trying to find the right words to say. Lately, I've been having trouble translating my feelings and emotions into words, however I felt the urge to write to you and tell you how much our session last week moved me.

Let me say first (and honestly) I was a little bit skeptical about hypnosis. When I found out about this journey you were on, I didn't put too much thought into it. I was a bit intrigued, but my curiosity only went so far.

I remember the first time you asked me if I would be willing to try just some simple hypnosis. I went along but with the same skepticism as I felt before. Hello Dr. Aleksonder Regal,

I came to you one month ago knowing that there was a darkness within me. After much reading and self awareness, I felt the only key to removing this darkness within was to regress to the past that I could not get to with my own abilities.

I must tell you that I was nervous, however the reason I chose you as opposed to the many other professionals in the area has everything to do with the calm, supportive, encouraging nature that is you. We had never met, but you were willing to help me so that I could get through what I had been enduring. Upon our session you encouraged me to change from a regression session to an energy cleansing and you were absolutely correct with that assessment.

I could never have prepared myself for what we found or what you helped me to exorcise. I can only hope that in some way you can feel the appreciation and respect I hold for your talents. I wanted to let you know that you healed me! You were so thorough and considered all potential options that I was not aware of and you found the missing piece that made me complete.

The best choice I have made for my health was to visit Dr Regal. I had been a smoker for close to 30 years, and I decided I definitely did not want to spend the following 30 years being a slave to cigarettes. I knew smoking was a physical as well as mental addiction. I have tried to quit many times, but my memory of how grumpy and crazy I felt stopped me from quitting for the last few years. I really wanted to be free, free from wanting a cigarette every 20 minutes like clockwork, free from the agitation that chronic nicotine can make you feel. I simply wanted to be able to spend an afternoon with my family and not have cravings all day. The hypnosis with Dr Regal made my smoking cessation quite easy! Since the time I was a young child, I would wake up at night screaming due to a series of three dreams I continually experienced usually about 1:00 a.m. My parents did not care for this behavior and became exasperated by it. So, I learned how to keep it from happening. I repressed/suppressed these dreams.

As an adult, these dreams would return at odd times. About two years ago, I started to explore some things outside the “norm”. I studied hypnosis and Reiki. The more I studied these things, the more I experienced the dreams. This time I could not shut them off.

A friend, Todd Dobson, recommended that I go to Dr. Regal to resolve the problem. Todd told me that the problem was that I had something attached to me that didn’t belong which needed to be removed.

I made the appointment with Dr. Regal who allowed Todd to be present during the session. Actually, the first session was just supposed to be talking about and making a plan to deal with the problem. However, I found myself in hypnosis during which time Dr. Regal ascertained that there was something there and that it did not intend to leave. Fortunately for me, Dr. Regal was able to banish this thing.

I make it sound simple. It wasn’t simple to me. Some of the positive results of that session have been:

An ability to look at myself in a mirror without feeling “ugly” and turning away

An ability to sleep all night long without those dreams

A feeling of lightness which I visualize as a balloon flying free

I have felt energized, calmer…depression is gone

I keep thinking that the way I felt before will come back…and it hasn’t

I have not seen, felt or heard any of the things that I heard my whole life regarding sexual matters

People are noticing me and speaking to me more…stopping and speaking to me a great deal more than usual

Thanks! drove at 70mph most of the time in the middle lane...no problem. I have not done that since I moved to Alpharetta, always 60 and in the "safe zone". On and off the weirdness will start but I was shutting it off mostly with calm breathing and remembering all the positive things my heart rate did not raise. at the bridge the feeling was somehow present but not as before. I exit on exit 10 instead of 8. I wanted to drive more and feel happy of my improvement. Still not 100% there but a notorious change! See you on the 29th Clara
