Group Training with Regal Hypnotic Techniques

This group participation program is completely experiential, voluntary and fun.  All exercises are easy to do. In this training, you learn how to access different brain states. We work with breath to achieve deep states of relaxation and release tension in the body. Some individuals are "One and Done" personality types. Others will repeat this course until they have mastered the basics. Most will attend three classes. It is highly recommended that you repeat this course until you feel confident and competent.
